Bits & Mouthpieces
In the manufacture of bits with mouthpieces made of softer material; e.g copper, rubber, nylon, or 'Flexi', the components are of the highest quality and have been extensively tested.
Mouthpieces that have been chewed, are ill-fitted, or have been placed under unnatural force or pressure, can often result in premature wear or other kinds of damage. In this case, Jilly's Tack Shops and suppliers CANNOT be held responsible. 

Shipping

Standard delivery will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 WORKING DAYS, however during busier times this may take longer, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

All orders ordered before 3pm MONDAY - FRIDAY will aim to be packed and sent the same day. However, order placed after 3pm will aim to be sent the next working day, subject to stock availability. PLEASE NOTE - our working days are MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY.

Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be sent out on the following MONDAY or next working day.

It is important that you input the correct SHIPPING address when placing an order. Jilly's Tack Shops will not be held accountable for any items delivered to the incorrect address which was a result of customer error.

The Contract between us (the supplier) and you (the customer)

​

Once full payment has been received for your order, the order will be processed and packaged on our end. Your payment acts as the confirmation of contract between us 2 parties. Once the goods are dispatched, the contract then becomes legally binding. Here at Jilly's Tack Shops, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality products in which you will be happy with. However, if in the event that you need to return your items, whether you changed your mind or it is not what you expected, they must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of delivery, in which you are covered under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 and 2005. (Distance Selling Regulations). Under these regulations, you are also protected against credit card fraud and the demand for payment of unsolicited goods. If an item is damaged, photo evidence is needed before returning. We can not be held accountable for any loss or damage that is caused in transit once you have returned the item to us. Items MUST be returned to us in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

 

Liability 

 

The information available to you on jillystackshops.com is free of charge, and with receiving this information, you acknowledge that it would not be reasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information given.

Whilst we aim to provide information which is correct, we do not warrant its accuracy or completeness.

Our liability is restricted and excluded to maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be accountable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with us and our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise – including, without limitation, any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.

Viruses

We aim to ensure that our website is free from any viruses and or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that the use of our website or any websites accessible through us via hyperlinks will not cause damage or viruses to your computer. Therefore, it is your responsibility, not ours, to ensure that your computer has the significant anti virus or security software in place, and we CANNOT be held accountable for any damage caused.
